is a bug fixing , adding of one or two blocks

• Improve the scoreboard system 
• Increase the range of the beacon
• Layer 1 ~ 41 blocks previously was 33 blocks
• Layer 2 ~ 61 blocks previously was 49 blocks 
• Layer 3 ~ 101 blocks previously was 81 blocks
• Rebalanced the bonemeal system or use count 
•  Everything now usually takes 2-3 uses to fully grow ( but is a random count )
• Snow with multiply heights 
• Is random generated in Taiga biomes
